🚀 Getting Started

• Step 1 — Info: Enter your name, credentials, school, and add your groups.
• Step 2 — Students: Each student has four fields: Initials (required), First Name (optional — used by the name detector), Pronoun (she/her, he/him, they/them — used in progress note prompts), and Note (optional). First names and pronouns are stored only on your device and never appear in exported data.
• Step 3 — Goals: Tap each goal category, type the specific target, and choose a data type (Tally, Accuracy, Trials, Frequency, Rating Scale, or Notes Only).
• Step 4 — Launch: Review your setup and hit Launch to open the clipboard.

📋 During a Session

• Use the data type matching each goal — tally boxes, ✓/✗ accuracy counter, pre-set trials, frequency counter, rating scale, or notes.
• Tap a tally box once for correct (+), twice for incorrect (–), third tap to clear. The score badge updates live (M / GP / P / E).
• Tap the 👁 eye icon on any goal to hide it for this session. Tap a student's header bar to collapse their card when done.
• Tap a colored goal badge to see the full goal text as a reminder mid-session.
• Select the LOA dropdown per goal row. Mark students Absent if needed.
• Use the Quick Note box for observations. If you type a student's first name, a warning appears with a Convert → Initials button.
• Switch groups with the tab bar at the top of the clipboard.

🤖 Session Notes

• Tap Copy Session Data for Notes to build a structured AI prompt.
• Paste into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any AI tool to generate Medicaid-compliant therapy notes.
• Use Copy All Groups to batch all groups into one prompt.
• Review and paste finished notes into your IEP software.

📝 Progress Notes

• Tap 📝 Progress Notes in the toolbar to open the progress note generator.
• Option 1: Paste your IEP software session report — the app strips identifying info and builds a clean AI prompt.
• Option 2: Select a student, assign a progress level per goal, and generate — no IEP report needed.
• Pronouns set in student setup are injected automatically into every prompt.

💾 Saving & Sharing

• Your setup saves automatically. Use ⬇ Backup to download a file any time you update goals.
• Use ⬆ Import to restore on a new browser or share your setup with a colleague.

The Off-Script SLP Data Clipboard generates a structured data prompt that you paste into a third-party AI tool. We are not responsible for how that AI tool processes, stores, or uses the information you submit. Always review AI-generated notes before pasting them into any official system. Never paste identifiable student information — use initials only.

This app is designed to support HIPAA-compliant data practices. Student names are considered Protected Health Information (PHI). By using initials only, you avoid including identifiable information in the app, in your backups, and in the data you share with AI tools.

Keep goal reminders brief. Enter short targets like "/r/ in words" or "2-step directions" rather than full IEP goal language. The shorter and more general the text, the less identifiable it is — and a quick reminder is all you need mid-session anyway. Your setup is stored only on your own device — nothing is transmitted to any server by this app.
